Returns Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your rug. If it doesn't feel right in your space, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The rug must be in its original, unused condition — no stains, odours, or damage.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email returns@knotcraft.in with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
  3. Re-roll the rug and pack securely (original packaging preferred).
  4. Drop off at a courier collection point or schedule a pick-up.
  5. Refund processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

Exceptions

Bespoke and custom-order rugs are non-returnable, as they are made uniquely to your specifications. Sale items marked "Final Sale" are also excluded from returns. If your rug arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Once we receive your original rug, we'll ship the replacement with priority processing — typically arriving 3–5 business days after dispatch.
