Design Consultation
Our design team will schedule a video or in-person consultation. We'll discuss materials, techniques, and present initial design concepts and colour samples.
Approve & Craft
Once you approve the final design, our artisans begin hand-knotting your rug. You'll receive progress updates with photos throughout the making process.
Delivery & Installation
Your finished rug undergoes quality inspection, then is carefully shipped to you. We offer white-glove delivery and placement in select areas.
